When we made a major push on the site about 2 weeks ago, some of you may have experienced some problems with comments. We want to let you know that your comments are not lost! If you noticed that your comments are missing, please post a comment here and let me know. We will get them back up on your page right away! Sorry for any confusion there. i am loving all the changes you are making, I especially love the dashboard alterations that let me see where my views are coming from. It is amazing what changes have been made to the service as a whole even over such a short period of time - go team uber.
Hello!I have a question:) I don't receive the notification about new comments on my email for the last week.I only receive notifications about comments on my blogs.I checked my settings- and there are "yes" to receive notifications about comments on email when people just leave comments on my page.Can you help?Thank you!
I am using a mac. Safari and Mozilla. I can't get this thing to work. When I want to edit things on my blog, the page that pops up is so large and won't let me scroll up to save or even make a selection.
Hey there-please try adjusting your screen resolution, it sounds like that may be the problem. I am not seeing any issues with the blog on those browsers right now. Lemme know!
No its not that. I have tried on a PC using explorer. Same thing. If I scroll up fast enough it will display "saved" but will bounce up so quick that I still don't have that option,
Help needed: I've a problem whereby I can't login into uber using Internet Explorer, so i tried using Mozilla Firefox and managed to login, however everything in the library disappeared, and i'm not able to do anything to my site. Thanks in advance!
Hey, what operating system are you using with IE? Are you still unable to log in? Can you check your browser settings to see if you have it set to accept cookies?
Hey there-please make sure your browser is set to accept cookies from uber.com, the site needs that to log you in properly. If that doesn't work, please send through your browser info (firefox, IE) and your operating system (Mac, Vista, XP etc). Thanks!
Hey, are you trying to just ad the module back that had your comments in it? If so, just edit your page and then click Modules and add the Comments module!
i haven''t been able to publish my blog for over a week. it will allow me to edit, but then it won't save the changes....i've tried on firefox, explorer & safari. any advice, oh uber masters?

hey uber my comments arent missing but for some reason i cant get on my profile page. i mean i can log on and go to the main page but not the page every one else sees. why is that?
